Return Policy

• Compass & Crow Studios brand yarn may be returned if it is in its original form (including smell), and its original weight up to 30 days after purchase for store credit.

• All other items sold in store or online are final sale and may NOT be returned.

Customer Appreciation Card

• Every purchase $20 or over (before tax) will get a stamp on the card

• Once you’ve filled all 10 squares, you are eligible for a 15% discount on your next future visit, single purchase.

  • Not applicable towards classes, events, gift cards or when using store credit

• Items purchased with the 15% discount are not eligible towards stamps on a new card

• Not eligible for gift card purchases

• 15% discount may not be used with any other discount

• Customer appreciation cards have no cash value
